I am creating a web site that has multiple pages that I would like filled in with information from an Excel work book. I want to beable to update the workbook data weekly and that would intern update the information pulled into the web pages.
 
What is the best way to go about this. I was thinking XML file but don't know if that is the best way to go about it.
