WHen I play the tutorial on my laptop, I get  a lot of choppy interference with audio and the audio runs about four or five seconds faster than the video, so it is never describing the actions I'm actually seeing. It's describing actions I will soon see. It makes learning more of a challenge.

Any ideas?

Maybe you're having buffering issues? What if you try to pause the video at the beginning for a bit to let the download get further ahead?

My wife has given birth to our twins, so I'm still going to be spotty around here. It never seems to correct itself does it? I'm sorry, I'm trying.

Ive got a simple solution for your problem. this problem as you identified is because of bugs in flash 9..

so either you re-encode your original camtasia files (i mean learnexpression webmaster)

OR as a user you can download the unistall flash link (and run), then dl the flash 8 zip, and re-install flash V8R42 .... of course if you have something that needs Flash 9, you are a bit stuffed, but at least now you have a choice!!!! Links at the top

you're welcome thank you please...

Hi,

About the 22 minute mark of the third video it will not play again after pressing pause.  I do have Flash 9 I think.  I went into the Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel and I didn't see Flash 9, I did see Adobe Flash Player Active X.  Is that what I should uninstall before reinstalling Flash 8?

Hey pb,

Got 8 installed and it seems to be working fine now.  Thanks for the tips!
