I'm not sure how you would go about putting more links into the tooltip though, because as soon as you rolled off of the original link, the tooltip would disappear. It does work in both IE 6 and FF 2 on PC as well as FF 2 and Safari on the Mac. It works a little differently in each, but it does work.
