On thefirst tutorial on how to lay a foundation

he has measurements bars on the top and lft side for the size of

the layers he is creating.  I can't figure out how to open these in my Expressions.  TIA

Very simple, actually. Just go to View -> Ruler and Grid -> Show Ruler
