Preview and Publish not the same

My home page is working fine but a secondary cloned page with only a few elements changed is acting funny. When I preview the page in multiple browsers I see the desired result. When I publish the page to the web it is structurally the same but is missing a few elements. The elements are my navigation buttons and a js element that calls up local traffic reports(both elements are working properly on the homepage).

Don't know what to do.

It sounds as if the path to those elements are not correct.

I would have to guess the file paths are incorrect as well.
