How do I make the main image of an auto thumbnail be displayed on the same page as the auto thumbnail when I click the auto thumbnail link?  I am inserting multiple auto thumbnails on a page and want to be able to click a thumbnail and view the main image off to the side of the thumbnails. I know how to lay the page out I'm just having trouble with the link of the thumbnail.

when you hyperlink the thumbnail to the alrger image, change the target parameter to open the new image in the same page.

LouRock,

Forgive me for asking more questions but I am new to the Expression Web and HTML.  I just want to be clear because I am still have trouble.  I have created an auto thumbnail using expression web and I want to click on the thumbnail and have the image of the thumbnail appear on the same page but in a different div that has been sized to fit the main image.  Can I do this following your instructions and if so can you give me a little more detail because a can not get it work.

Thank you

David

I don't know if it's a problem with ie or something else I may have done wrong but I tried linking an embedded image to open another image and it always just opened in a seperate page. The only parameter I didn't try was the for opening in a new page.

I've been able to mimic the styling on this web site to create photo galleries to fit my images. See if this helps at any until Dustin is able to give you a better answer.

That's a decent tut tjaks and its a good way to accomplish what you're looking for Landgrader. It take some work by hand, but its going to be clean.

My wife has given birth to our twins, so I'm still going to be spotty around here. It never seems to correct itself does it? I'm sorry, I'm trying.
