Expression Web gives the opportunity under EDIT HYPERLINK to select a Screen Tip. There is a note: Custom Screen Tips are supported in IE version 4 or later. One should think that IE 7 does show the Screen Tip. Obviously it doesn't in my case but the funny part is, all Screen Tips are shown by Firefox.

Does anybody have an idea, what's wrong here?

thanks

Hi

Mine works perfectly in IE7, Sreentip is just a title BTW, like alt text.
Check your doctype...

Hmmm, xWeb inserts the code properly, and I have it working in IE6 & IE7. Can I see the code you have?

My wife has given birth to our twins, so I'm still going to be spotty around here. It never seems to correct itself does it? I'm sorry, I'm trying.

Hi

In your case, remove the alt="", that is what is causing it not to show.
The title is more for text links and not intended for images as the image already has a title, which is the alt=""

'div style="position: absolute; left: 32px; top: 42px; width: 150px; height: 102px; z-index: 2" id="LogoA1">
'a target="_blank" title="Raumbeduftung, Duftmarketing & Luftveredelung" 'href="http://www.somesite.com">
'img src="Logos/B&W/grorymab%20air%20creative%20sm.jpg" width="148" height="26" class="style4" />
