| I have tried to run the tutorial disc that came with the software, but each time I put it in I'm alerted that I need Silverlight 1.0. When I click anywhere on the screen, I'm taking to the download and it says it's already installed. If I go back to previous page, I get the same thing and unable to access the tutorial. I am running Firefox. I thought maybe I'd have to run it in Explorer, but it seems to be an automatic decision and I can't choose Explorer. I'm also running Vista. If anyone can help, I would appreciate.

It sounds like you have firefox set as your default browser, open IE and goto: Tools > Internet Options > Programs > Make default
This should then open it using IE
